Yes, and I totally agree with the fact that we should keep the pages as
clean and simple as possible. 
It got me thinking about this while testing the webpages. I had to click
the help button over and over again which I found to get annoying after
a while. That and the fact that I've seen help displayed continuously in
many consumer devices such as AP's, routers etc. 
These are the two main reasons why I wanted to through this question
into the open.
