Hi Steen, Just downloaded 1.14d and upgraded my box from 1.12 and the difference is amazing.
I have a set of USB (integrated DAC/AMP) Speakers that I wanted to use with a Raspberry Pi & my NAS (as a Logitech server) and I have been trying to get it to work without dropouts, clicks, pops etc for ages. The piCorePlayer 1.14d is the first distro/setup that has managed that (despite trying almost everything I could think of & read about in Raspbian). For reference I have the following sound card: USB HID v1.00 Device [C-Media Electronics Inc. USB Audio Device] on usb-bcm2708_usb-1.3 With the dwc_otg.speed setting it all works amazingly even over USB Wifi (TP-Link TL-WN725N-v2 using the r8188eu driver). Thanks for all your hard work! Now I need to go buy a second raspberry pi to work with my HiFiBerry DAC that is on the way. Any recommendations for a low power Class-D/Class-T amp board & speakers? Finally, are you planning to enable AirPlay streaming at all? I read somewhere there is some sort of technical issue that makes this complicated but just wanted to ask. Thanks once more.
