Ran your script and it is working now.
Although I did have to cycle the power after the script finished
installing the additional components. The WB crashed during the (I
guess) final reboot.

The software is running but I guess it will need some tweaking to get
everything "compatible" with Arch Linux. 
For example, this is what I have found so far:

* Not possible to configure a different hostname through the webpages.
When pressing save it comes back with the name "alarm". Had to change it
through the command prompt by issuing *hostnamectl set-hostname
-newhostname-*
* Squeezelite wasn't running and it was disabled. 
* There was no interface selected for squeezelite.
* running *reboot* command crashes the WB. It is actually the same
behavior as the "final reboot" during the install phase. 


I haven't done any further testing yet. More to follow during the next
days.
