JackofAll: As someone who has been harassed by frivolous litigation for 16 years (and counting since we still aren't at a resolution) I truly feel for you. My hope for you is that you can demonstrate the frivolity of the claim and when you prevail, at least you are in the "English System" as opposed to the "American System". Here, win or lose, everyone pays their own attorney fees. At least in the commonwealth you'll likely receive those fees back, albeit some time in the distanct future.
