My suspicion is that this is something to do with squeezelite locking the output device in a way that means only one such device can be used at any one time. I run multiple squeezelites outputting to stdout with no problem.
It might be worth trying to use all 3 devices in parallel when playing sounds some other way, so as to rule out some other issue. For all I know it could even be something alsa cannot do. LMS 7.9 on VortexBox Midi running Xubuntu 14.04, FLACs 16->24 bit, 44.1->192kbps. Wired Touch + EDO, coax to Musical Fidelity M1 CLiC. Wireless Xubuntu 14.04 laptop controls LMS via Chromium. Meridian Explorer USB DAC to listen via Squeezelite on Vortexbox & other PCs as required.
