I worked out how to test using speaker-test & find the same sort of problem, so it's not Squeezelite. In dmesg I see lots of messages of the type: "cannot submit datapipe for urb 0, error -28: not enough bandwidth". I tried running the test with lower -r options (eg -r 12000 instead of 48000) but get the same problem. My Thinkpad T60p has 3 USB2.0 ports - do you know what is the audio bandwidth limit? To run 3 Squeezelite instances would I need a machine with USB3 ports? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ dls's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=63026 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97046 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
