Yesterday I tried to give Squeeze Arch a try. Now I'm not a Linux guy, but I have been able to do the basics and get CSOS working on my Wandboard Quad and standing up a few Raspberry Pi's.
I use my Wandboard to load the microsd with the OS. When I place the new microsd in the pc slot and turn the board on and scan for the IP it is using I don't see the board. I have left the board on for at least 20 minutes, but still do not see the Wndboard when I scan for it using an IP scanner. It seems obvious that I must be doing something wrong, but not sure what it is. I run the first script and it appears to go out and pull some data off the web: wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SqueezeOnArch/soa-installers/master/create-sdcard-soa-wand.sh The second script does not appear to do anything. I just get my prompt after entering the code. chmod 755 create-sdcard-soa-wand.sh The last script takes a while to run and appears to load Squeeze Arch on the card. I let it run until the root prompt appears. sudo ./create-sdcard-soa-wand.sh quad /dev/mmcblk1 Thanks in advance for the help figuring this out. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ BNAL's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2582 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=101624 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
