Depends what you want... Rpi is quite slow and really only suitable as a player. However there are available dac board for it. I would not use for usb dacs, especially usb 1.1 dacs. Hummingboard is quite good and I would probably go for it over a cubietruck for usb dacs. The hummingboard i2eX will support usb 1.1 and usb2 dacs without an extra hub and also has a msata slot which can be interesting if you want to store your music on it. It can get quite hot in a pi case though. Wandboard has built in wifi which Hummingboard does not.
