I have set for all network devices at home (pcs, notebooks, players,
phones, ipads etc) fixed ips on dhcp server on the router, before some
of the devices had fixed ips (LMS Server, all players ...), some
(phones, tablets) dynamic.

I don't know what was happening exactly. Is it possible that arch linux
is setting at some point during boot some kind of dynamic mac adresses
?

I connected R Pi B again and now it booted properly after phase 2, R Pi
B+ booted properly and installed everything and is also booting after
phase 2.

Why RPi B after phase 2 was without network connection, and during phase
1 and 2 proper network connection was there ?

Why R Pi B+ had a wrong ip when booting for the first time, so i was
thinking, that it is not there pinging it or trying to reach soa with
firefox ?

Problem with Wandboard Quad stays - phase 1 and phase 2 are passed, and
after reboot wandboard is not available under the fixed ip and i can't
see on the router, that wandboard received ip. I connected monitor with
hdmi, but it is black, so i can't check anything.

Strange problems, which i had never before and i am playing since many
years all the time with different players, oses etc.
