The system has worked fine for the past four years so I doubt that there is an issue with the size of the card. I presume I have things on the card which is irrelevant, e.g. old yum/rpm stuff and logs.
Is someone able to tell me the commands to clear out the logs and anything else that I don't need (the only job the mini-ITX does is to run LMS and to host the flexshare for moving files from my PC to the HDD)?
