make a backup and start from scrap, may you have old kernels or
something else thats not needed anymore maybe its something else but
deleteting something always means maybe after that the system wont work
anymore.
I hardly believe anyone here will help you the shoot your head.

That some cent os basic knowledge i have no idea about that and i dont
want to start to give tipps to learn the worse way - sorry.
