I am using a XMC-1 in bit-transparent mode on a Pi2: Parameters: -o hw:CARD=XMC1,DEV=0 -a 500:4:: Tweaks: set FIQ-Split acceleration to 8 (or 1, 2, 3) For some reason I need to set a large buffer to prevent gaps between or when prebuffering a new song.
