Not in front of a PC where I can look at this at the moment, but I'd be
recompiling the IQ tool with "IQaudIODAC" as the device name and "PCM"
as the control name.

Gordon has already said that the control name will depend on kernel
version. In an older kernel, he said "PCM" and later kernel, "Digital".
What does "uname -r" give you? 4.1.6, 4.1.7.... ????

To be honest, I don't think anyone here is going to be able to help you.
AFAIK, you are the first person trying to get this working with
piCorePlayer. Gordon is the best person to give you the support you
require for his software, not Steen or Greg.
