Yes there are something similar for every Linux distribution , I
configured my power button on th ClearOS server I run . It also has no
GUI . I also configured wake on LAN on it so it wakes up when I operate
a player or an app to connects to LMS .
The power button may need some bios support for this to work wake on LAN
needs to be supported by the hardware .

Hopefully OP is not using team viewer to acess the UI of LMS itself ?
That's aviable via the web browser on any computer on your network it
has nothing to do with if the server has GUI or not .

Many simple Linux servers has there own web UI for some simple maintance
task . The Clear OS server I use has one so I could turn it off and
manage OS upgrade trough that . Is it not webmin or what's it's called
an option to install .

For upgrading LMS it's a two command thing in an SSH prompt .

To shutdown with the power button , that is possible with almost all
Linux , maybe the old hardware is a limitation here .
