Hi. I have not seen this before. I think that you might have: 1. A corrupt image (so try to download again). 2. A corrupt SD.-card (try to use another card). 3. Or your power supply is too weak (try another power supply and remove any USB devices you may have attached). Sorry, but this is the best advice I can give you.
