The thing is: Running LMS server direct on one of my NAS (Netgear). Have about 150000 songs stored. I really like picoreplayer (have tried all the other "audiophile" distros for the rpi. Archphile come next) The rpi2 is connected to a xmos discrete based r-2r ladder dac via I2S. So far so good. But it is also connected via GPIO serial pins to the dac so I am able to do some things with it. Examples are "volume change", fir filter uploads, filter change etc. Then I have to use a serial terminal (I use minicom for the job with picore) and I have to mount a folder on the NAS where I store all the filters... Thats all :) Now I am able to do all that via picore without any problems (using cifs protocol) . The former version I was unable to install the help tools needed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bambadoo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=65282 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97803 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
