Sorry, can't vouch for anything working (or not) under piCo2, I've not personally tried it, but can vouch for 384k/24bit flac streamed to Zero with PHAT DAC (and still currently unreleased IQAudIO Zero DAC) attached, being re-sampled to 192k and playing back without any stuttering or audible artifacts. (It's one of my worst case scenario tests, resulting in ~70% CPU usage, not that this is how I normally listen to music.)
