Wow... did I miss something or did they never consider asking questions
here, rather than doing their own guesswork? They go back and forth on
theories which we could have cleared here within minutes...

Greg, sbp - feel free to start a thread in the dev group for questions
about how to best configure LMS on TC. I'm pretty sure a
Slim::Utils::OS::Custom module could ease your live considerably
(http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Customizing_Logitech_Media_Server_using_Slim::Utils::OS::Custom).
If configured correctly, this could handle the nightly updates.
