Well Yes and No :), Configuring a dt-overlay with GPIO No and a value to
set to would be great !, From your statement I thought it might be hard
coded for a particular device/gpio.

By "Power Status" I mean the "soft" power status of the squeezelite (or
any other squeezebox) player. I this way any player "turned off" by any
control means causes a toggle of the "mute" bit.

To explain a bit further I have 3 "Squeezeboxes" that control power
amps. 1st is a SB3 and controls a SSR via "PowerSwitchIII" plugin 2nd
uses the LED output on a HiFiBerry DAC+ 3rd uses the script which sets
logic 1 on gpio 13 whenever "power%A3" status is returned from LMS for
that player.

All of these methods mean that however the player is turned off the
amplifiers are as well. Hope this longer explaination clarifies !
