hi esa, I prefer an I2S DAC solution rather than USB. Make sure you get the right DAC for the RPi1B or HAT compatible. The chip type is not that important, but most do use PCM51xx or ES90023. The Wolfson card is a very nice board, just the required software has not reached the Linux repository and therefore not part of Raspbian and therefore not part of piCore and therefore not supported by piCorePlayer. Have a look at our News page, it has some of the DAC available and supported. https://sites.google.com/site/picoreplayer/home/news regards Greg ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Greg Erskine's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7403 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97803 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
