It patched the hifiberry_dac driver to use bclk_ratio (frame size) of 50
for 16/24 bit samples and 100 for 32 bit for 48k sample frequency
multiples, to ensure the requested BCLK frequency, resulted in OSC
selection with integer divider, rather than PLLC with fractional
divider.
