Pascal, Did you see the 'Kickstarter campaign from Audiophonics' (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1626717193/audiophile-touch-audio-player-raspberry-pi-3-sabre/description)? Not cheap, but in my opinion worth the money an aesthetically pleasing to the eye :). Also the angle of the display is better suited for touch usage than your average display stand. If you don't want an Audiophonics DAC you could attach/solder your own RCA binding posts to a DAC of your choice.
