I am still experiencing audio stuttering with synchronized players if I upgrade pCP beyond 2.05. I did a clean install of 3.01 on a spare RPi 3 and synchronized it with my six other RPi's and got stuttering again. I reverted this RPi back to a clean 2.05 install and the stuttering went away. I next performed an update of Squeezelite on this spare RPi from version *v1.8.4-720 *to version *v1.8.4-762 *and the stuttering returned. I am beginning to think the problem may be with Squeezelite versions greater than v1.8.4-720. Can anyone test this on there system? FYI, I have the ALSA params set to 400::32: on all seven pCP's. LMS is running on a Synology DS1513+. With logging set to "all=debug", when stuttering occurs I get entries similar to the following: [07:33:20.997066] process:512 strm [07:33:20.997124] process_strm:267 strm command t [07:33:20.997141] sendSTAT:182 STAT: STMt [07:33:21.998224] sendSTAT:182 STAT: STMt [07:33:23.001365] sendSTAT:182 STAT: STMt [07:33:23.004903] process:512 strm [07:33:23.004919] process_strm:267 strm command a [07:33:23.004931] PROCESS_STRM:313 SKIP AHEAD INTERVAL: 17 [07:33:23.045042] _OUTPUT_FRAMES:70 SKIP 1632 OF 1632 FRAMES [07:33:24.005976] sendSTAT:182 STAT: STMt [07:33:25.006595] sendSTAT:182 STAT: STMt [07:33:25.997082] process:512 strm [07:33:25.997154] process_strm:267 strm command t [07:33:25.997175] sendSTAT:182 STAT: STMt [07:33:26.998255] sendSTAT:182 STAT: STMt [07:33:27.999384] sendSTAT:182 STAT: STMt [07:33:29.000520] sendSTAT:182 STAT: STMt [07:33:30.001649] sendSTAT:182 STAT: STMt [07:33:30.997153] process:512 strm Thanks, Mike ------------------------------------------------------------------------ NotTheHerbie's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=64195 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=105997 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
