One of the first things we do when starting PCP is wait for the network, before starting much of anything. Check the pCP boot logs to make sure there is not an error reported when waiting for the network.....viewing logs is in the diagnostics area of the pCP web interface. Then please check the LMS server logs to see what is going on. Might have to increase the log levels too in the LMS server settings. You can enable the viewing the logs on the LMS page of the pCP web interface.
