A strange thing I discovered was that even though I have flashed both SD cards with the same image file on the same computer, the RPI's give me different CSS files. The result is that the menu bar on the web interface looks wrong on one of them:
Most likely a caching issue. Wipe your browser's cache and force a full re-load of the page.
