I found this setting in the most recent Windows version of JiveLite the other day. It hasn't yet made it to the pCp version so far as I can tell but I think it should ASAP.
It's in the builds Ralphy has provided in this thread. Check out his latest postings. There are instructions how to update.
I have often thought that a pCp attached to a TV with Jivelite as a purely Now Playing display would be a good idea. You can easily set JiveLite to jump into Now Playing mode (albeit the 10 second setting still doesn't seem to work and you are stuck with 30) but the ability to switch off control buttons would be great. The new HD resolutions are a step towards this.
There have been HD skins (incl. Full HD) ever since Triode did JiveLite. IMHO they're even more suitable as a display only. They don't have any buttons on the NP screen. The recent additions imho are more suitable for touch screens, rather than TV sets.
