Could someone help me getting the Edimax EW-7811UTC (AC600) usb wifi dongle working? I recently bought it so I could finally convert over my last 2.4GHz device to 5GHz but I cannot get it to work. I'm running piCorePlayer 3.22 (Audio version) on an old Raspberry Pi Model B.
I have done a ton of searching and tried a bunch of things but nothing works. I found someone mention to run the command "pcp-update wireless-KERNEL.tcz" but that doesn't seem to do anything, and checking the repository it doesn't seem that package exists anymore. I can get it up and connected to my 2.4GHz wireless ans when I run scan it even shows my 5GHz wireless ssid but when I tell it to connect it never comes back.
