hi gian,
As you indicated the MAC address is hardcoded in the Raspberry Pi and/or wifi adaptors. Therefore it is *very unlikely* that you can have duplicated MAC addresses, though it can happen I believe? Double check the MAC addresses of your wifi adaptors if they are identical throw one away. Are your wifi adaptors *special* and require software setup? FYI: Whenever I swap USB Wifi adaptors between Raspberry Pi's the IP address moves with the adaptor. ie follows the MAC address. LMS uses the MAC address to uniquely identify SB clients. When you quickly swap wifi adpators, or go from ethernet to wifi you can end up with multiple Players tabs on piCorePlayer at the same time. These clean themselves up after 10 or 15 minutes. regards Greg ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Greg Erskine's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7403 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109545 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
