Sorry for the delay, i was experiencing problem with the forum after an

So i'm unabled to reach any pages from LMS web interface and connection
is also impossible from android apps on my phone or tablet. All players
on my network stop working.
Finally it's show up after 7 minutes

What can cause such a delay after LMS start?
When i come back to the 7.9.2 - 1530185314 version, everything is
working normally and immidiately after LMS started.
