Glad you figured it out.....I just did testing and it was spot on (I
noticed your note later)   This serves as a notice to those using wifi. 
If manually configuring, we do not force you to set a country code, but
you really need to set it correctly.

Also, it is noted in the OP, but iperf diagnostics is included in the
web pages (Diagnostics -> Network), you will need a second device to run
the iperf test with, preferably iperf3 running on your LMS server.  Here
is some example output.
