I'm getting similar results to kidstypike although 'my case' (https://www.amazon.co.uk/GeeekPi-Raspberry-Aluminum-Dissipation-Heatsink/dp/B07WQT1RRZ/ref=sr_1_6?crid=2YIMGH39CTJX1&keywords=pi4+case&qid=1572629729&sprefix=pi4+case%2Caps%2C159&sr=8-6) isn't quite the same. It is sitting in a warm cupboard though. I've never had any overheating issues with my Pi4 running pCP.
