Thanks Ronnie. That worked perfectly. The Pi3 you've fixed is in my workshop. After switching it on every morning I'd have to go back to the house & home office to boot up the PC to adjust the volume. After a few weeks it was beginning to get a little irritating. Especially with the inviolable no-outdoor-shoes-in-the-house rule.
Back to the other problem with the USB audio. I have just tried the Pi2 with an analogue speaker connected to the jack. It outputs evenly to both channels. I don't know if this means anything but I thought I should mention it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pettifoggery's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=69041 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=110642 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
