I completely agree now that I see your output. No, I certainly didn't
fiddle with those files. Looks like a pending clean install to me, to be
honest ... Do you have any good resources on how to properly install LMS
on Raspbian?

Now - I'm not sure that I installed the LMS service *TWICE* according to
the last link (it has you dpkg -i the LMS package and then asks you to
install LMS as a service via sudo systemctl enable squeezelite.service -
-*whereas other tutorials skip the installation as service and simply
suggest that it's already installed as a service per dpkg -i*-.

Am I guessing right?
