I was previously running PCP 4 but started with a new SD card and fresh
image for PCP 5. I installed it a month or so ago, I suspect the HDMI
powering off may never have worked, I only noticed recently that it said
FAIL on startup.
I have run the command and it says:

After reboot it still hangs when attempting to power off HDMI.
