An insitu update on my Pi2 player hasn't worked properly. I can see the
instance of pCP but Squeezelite doesn't start. Looking at the boot log

Despite this Squeezelite isn't running and this instance of pCP doesn't
show on LMS.
Where else can I look to get a clue about what's happened?
