I did find this in the pcp_extensions.log:

Code:
--------------------
    filesystems-4.19.122-pcpCore_v7.tcz
  filesystems-4.19.40-pcpCore_v7.tcz
--------------------

and:

Code:
--------------------
    libmount.tcz
--------------------

and:

Code:
--------------------
    pcp-exfat-utils.tcz
--------------------

So things seem to be loading OK - and the web GUI starts and looks
normal, as does LMS (except for not being able to find files).

Strangely, I am getting SSH connection refused when trying to log in via
a remote terminal (the player is headless), so troubleshooting the file
system is near impossible.

So I am about to punt and re-flash.
