pCP does not have package managers/automated installers that can manage
things like that.   I would highly recommend not automatically
installing nightlies every day, unless there is a update that fixes a
specific issue that you have.  Nightlies can break things too.  I always
wait a few days of no update activity, before I would update my
systems.

If you leave LMS set to 

"Automatically check for software updates"
"Daily"
"Automatically download updates when they're availiable"

Then all you need to do is press the "Nightly Update" button on the pCP
web interface.
