My scan times were roughly halved going from a Rpi3 to Rpi4, no doubt
assisted by the GigE i/f being able to be fully utilised (media library
on a server). I also set Database Memory Config to Max.
LMS 7.9.3 (1.5h) is also faster than 8.0 (2h). YMMV.

Yes, LMS backup (config) is at
http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Backup but someone said the dbs
could be backed up - will do some more digging.
It'd be handy to use cron with a script to periodically backup at least
the LMS & PCP config. Dbs may be a special case.
Care to share the script? My tar memory is very rusty!
