Can you point me to an 'issue' thread where I may bring it to Philippe's attention ? It arises, in my experience, when, during start up, the plugin is unable to locate -Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA-. And would also arise if it failed to import the relevant rsa key shortly therafter. In those circumstances the WebUI settings page is not initialized, and simply doesn't exist.
