I am replying just to confirm this. My music library is primarily ALAC. It is stored on an SSD attached to a RPi 4 running the latest version of LMS 8.1.1 (Dec 28) and playing through various RPi's running pCP 7.0. Every 20-30 seconds I get a pop sound similar to the pops you get when playing vinyl albums. Disabling the native ALAC (and letting it transcode to FLAC) does stop the popping. Happy to provide additional info if it will help. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JimCo06's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=64417 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=113512 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
