So, is it so, that the only possible directory to link is the /volume1/music in the Synology, and it could be linked only to /music at the container?
No, you can mount anything to /music, as long as Docker has the permission to access the folder. It's all about permissions. The Docker image doesn't know whether you're running on a Synology, my MacBook or a Raspberry Pi. It just looks at /music and uses it. What is in there you define when launching the container.
