Very strange, I did notice that in the options is says "--enable
static", does this mean no dynamic linked libraries? In the libraries
that are listed, there is no libasound but if yours is the same then
that isn't relevant.
If I run the identical command to yours, I still the same error message
(at the bottom):

So yours seems to identify the output as "Audio: flac, 44100 Hz, stereo,
s32 (24 bit), 128 kb/s" and mine as "mjpeg (Baseline), yuvj420p(pc,
bt470bg/unknown/unknown), 200x202 [SAR 96:96 DAR 100:101], 90k tbr, 90k
tbn, 90k tbc (attached pic)", is this something to do with my file
having an embedded picture (the album cover) I wonder?
