I solved it. It was a fresh install, but still special. I did not pay attention to the fact, that when using PINN as a boot manager, PINN will use its own config.txt and overwrite the config.txt inside the booted partition. Bluetooth was disabled in PINN's config.txt for piCorePlayer. So whatever I tried, I was changing the wrong config.txt all the time...
