Looking at the Squeezelite docs the -s option is used to set the LMS server address and port if autodiscover is not used. It also appears that, if you're using https://hub.docker.com/r/giof71/squeezelite, the SQUEEZELITE_SERVER_PORT is passed as this -s parameter. This means that you should set this variable to the address and port that your LMS server is using for your Squeezelite container. Please give it a go - change the docker-compose file for Squeezelite and restart the container.
