A simple LEDS off feature was added to pCP8.0.0
It will turn off the activity and power LEDS. (doesn't work on a RPi1)

If you add this command to a [Tweaks] > "User command" your LEDS will
blink during most of the boot process but turn off towards the end.
Note: For a RPi02W, you will need to be using pCP8.1.0
To return to normal operation, remove the "User command" and [Reboot].
I haven't looked at the ethernet LEDS yet.
Note: Don't use "pcp leds on" as it doesn't work as expected.
