Hi again,
        I guess, it's like cars that I work on - every one's different eh?
The number of stories I have heard since first enquiring about different G3
card brands is amazing. Some people hate Sonnetech, some love them,
likewise with Powerlogix, Newertech, XLR8 etc.....
        Very strange. Anyhow, I can only hope OWC lives up to it's
reputation for customer service & gets me a replacement out ASAP.
        thanks for everyone's advice - I'll let you all know the outcome.
