Ever since switching to OS X on my upgraded Power Tower Pro using
XpOSFacto, the machine has worked well, but I was plagued with an extra
Spinning Beach ball of Doom. Just lurking up in the left hand corner of
the screen, partially covering the apple logo.

Booting in the verbose mode eliminated it, but is was always there
lurking behind the scenes. Ryan Remple had suggested it may be video
card related, then another list member appeared to confirm it in setting
his Power Tower up.

I swapped the original Twin Turbo 128 for an ATI Rage128 16 MB, pull
out, that came from a G4 Yikes. It was indeed the problem. The extra
SBOD is now gone. Just FYI
