AFAIK, Any modern SCSI drive will work. I've used a 2 GB Seagate
Hawk, a 4 GB Quantum Viking, a 9 GB Seagate Medalist, and an 18 GB
IBM Ultrastar, all on the internal and external SCSI buses of a 7500
and 8500.

I had unsurmountable problems with a 68-pin IBM SCSI Ultrastar drive
adapted to a 50-pin Adaptec 2930 SCSI card in OS X. I don't know if
the same problems affect the internal SCSI bus.
