Hi Wilton,
Open System Preferences in OS X and select under System, select 
Classic. In that window, you can start Classic, select Classic to start 
at startup or warn before starting Classic. You can also select which 
version of OS 9.1 you want. In that same window by choosing the 
Advanced tab, you can choose to start Classic with extensions off and 
also rebuild Classic desktop. HTH.
