These items are all Buy-It-Now items on ebay. Meaning that you can purchase
them immediately at a fixed price with the OPTION to bid if you like.

Ebay also offers people the option of selling at a fixed price with no
auction option.

So just because it's ebay, doesn't mean you have to bid in an auction. I
usually do all mine this way.

And how does having it in an auction mean it's not for sale anyway? That's
just semantics and your opinion. The url clearly states that it's on ebay,
so nothing was hidden.
